Meet our employee resource groups

A key element of our supportive culture is our six growing employee resource groups (ERGs).

Take RISE, for example, which stands for Retain, Inspire, Support and Empower. RISE is dedicated to fostering a supportive community for young professionals. They organize events, provide valuable resources, and create a space where you can share experiences and get support from fellow employees.

There’s also TechABILITY, another fantastic ERG that supports caregivers and increases awareness, acceptance, and inclusion for individuals with disabilities and neurodivergent individuals in the workplace. Through their caregiver support groups, community is achieved where colleagues help one another.
