Fortune's list, developed with Statista Inc. and LexisNexis® Intellectual Property Solutions, evaluates companies across three pillars: product innovation, process innovation, and innovation culture. The methodology includes employee surveys, industry expert assessments, and intellectual property analysis.

For CAI, two areas really stood out:

Process innovation: We've embedded AI into how we deliver work, continuously modernized our processes, and earned SOC 2 Type 2 certification, all in service of doing better work for our clients.
