At CAI, one of our favorite ways to spread happiness is by giving back to our communities!

Our team is passionate about creating meaningful impact, finding ways to spark joy, and supporting the people around us. Each year, that commitment comes to life in our Community Impact Report, and we’re proud to share that our 2026 CAI Community Impact Report has been recently released!

Five pillars of community impact

The report highlights the many ways our team at CAI have made a difference in the past year through our five core pillars:

Accessible education – $7.1M invested: Supporting 75 students at Salvaggio Academy, funding scholarships for 40 alumni navigating middle and high school, and investing $750,000+ through the CAI United Fund across 22 nonprofit partnerships.

Helping families thrive – $1.1M invested: Providing emergency housing assistance, holiday gifts, and vital resources to families locally and globally, including impactful support through Easterseals, The Salvation Army, Valley Youth House, SOS Children’s Villages, and Missionaries of the Poor.

Food accessibility – $157,000 invested: Launching our first-ever Month of Giving campaign and raising $150,000 for Feeding America—the equivalent of 1.5 million meals—and surpassing $600,000 in cumulative donations since 2020.

Neurodiversity: Achieving a 93%+ retention rate through CAI Neurodiverse Solutions, earning our fifth consecutive top score on the Disability:IN Disability Equality Index, and expanding our impactful partnership with Mercy School for Special Learning.

Sustainability: Advancing our work-from-anywhere model with over 2,700 associates equipped with green energy-consuming software, continuing to reduce our carbon footprint.
